Heatseal pre-insulated terminals.
These terminals offer outstanding mechanical and weather resistance
due to the use of a tough heat shrinkable polyamide sleeve, lined with
a special hot melt adhesive around the crimp metal barrel.
After crimping the terminal sleeve is heated until adhesive melts and flows
filling voids and providing excellent sealing with the cable.
* Temperature rating -55OC to + 125OC.
* Splashproof and humidity protected connections.
* Excellent mechanical resistance to vibrations, bending etc.
* Electrical properties remain excellent after fluid immersion tests
in diesel, fuel, brake fluid, anti-freeze, 5% salt water, motor oil.
* Fully visible inspection through transparent tube.
 
How to apply heatseal terminals.
1.Strip wire and
insert into
crimp barrel.
2. Crimp using
pre-insulated
crimp tool.
3. Heat tubing
with hot air gun
until tube shrinks
and adhesive flows.

Blue 1.5 - 2.5mm2

  Solder sleeve butt splices with solder in the connection.
